Due to company growth, our client is seeking a qualified Legionella Plumber to cover contracts in the South East of England. The company is a specialist within the Water Hygiene / Legionella sector and would require candidates who can hit the ground running and are competent to work alone on projects when required. Duties will include: component and unit installations in addition to servicing and system modifications in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines. The company is a privately owned outfit who can offer attractive salaries and benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Successful record working as a Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene company
– Will hold plumbing qualifications, including: NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 and / or G3 unvented
– Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Comfortable operating across a mixed portfolio of client sites
– Good client-facing skills
– Able to interpret legionella risk assessments
– Proficient in using IT software
The Role:
– Attending client sites to carry out PPM and reactive remedial plumbing duties
– CWST installations, replacements and refurbishments
– TMV servicing and replacements
– Deadleg removals
– Installations of unvented cylinders
– Replacement of flexi-hoses
– Pipework modifications
– Ordering materials and components for projects
– Working on long-term projects, ensuring standards of work remain high
– Pricing of remedial works
– Producing regular reports
