Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is seeking a Water / Air Commissioning Engineer to join their successful outfit. Applicants will be expected to travel in / around the M25, undertaking commissioning duties and ensuring client contracts are successfully serviced. The company is a well-known and respected name within the industry, who are medium-sized, with plans for growth. Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong work history as a Water / Air / HVAC Commissioning Engineer
- Ideally will be qualified with CSA grades
- It would be beneficial to hold the 18th edition and strong technical / engineering knowledge
- Conversant in CIBSE guidelines
- Hardworking attitude
- Eye for detail
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
- Commissioning and validating Water / Air / HVAC systems in line with CIBSE guidelines
- Balancing of water and air systems (AHU, extract, fan coils, LTHW and CHW systems)
- Auditing and verifications on AHUs
- Completing detailed technical reports
- Meeting with clients to discuss completed works and to provide technical advice
- Producing schematic drawings
- Working across a variety of commercial, healthcare, public sector and industrial client sites
- Adhering to strict HSE and industry guidelines
- Ensuring to meet / exceed deadlines
