Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary/Benefits: £26k - £40k + Training & Benefits Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team in the South East of England. You will be joining a privately-owned outfit, who provide comprehensive services across water hygiene, plumbing and legionella. Ideally, you will have good access to the M25 and will have worked across commercial, domestic and public sector premises around the region. This company are renowned for their excellent further training schemes, so this is an excellent company to join for those who wish to build in their experience. Experience / Qualifications: * Strong track record working as a Legionella Risk Assessor * Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing * Can demonstrate strong technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines * It would be advantage to have plumbing knowledge / experience * Strong client-facing experience * Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills The Role: * Carrying out thorough legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems * Identifying compliance risks and providing tailored recommendations * Producing detailed technical reports, including advice and findings * Creating bespoke schematic drawings * Adhering to strict deadlines and personal targets * Contacting clients to provide updates and technical advice * Maintaining strong working relationships with clients * Training and supporting new members of the team Alternative job titles: Water Hygiene Risk Assessor, Legionella Consultant, Water Hygiene Consultant, Environmental Consultant.
