We have a new and exciting opportunity for a hardworking and experienced Duct Fitter to join one of the UKs leading providers of Dust / Fume / LEV services. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, you will have experience carrying out the installation, maintenance, and repairs on duct work in line with client needs. The successful candidate will have experience working across established Commercial, Industrial, and Manufacturing sites, ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety needs. Due to the nature of the role, the successful company must be happy to travel and stay away in line with company and client needs.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Will have experience working as a duct fitter with experience fitting spiral ducting.
  • Holding an industry recognised qualification such as NVQ L2 Diploma in heating and ventilating duct work installations / PASMA / IPAF would be beneficial to the role.
  • Will ideally hold the blue CSCS skilled worker's card.
  • Experience fitting duct work on a mixed portfolio of sites.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • IT literate, able to produce detailed reports.

The Role:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing spiral ducting when required.
  • Installing of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) equipment.
  • Carrying out duct work surveys.
  • Working in line with company policies and procedures to start projects safely.
  • Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with pre-agreed timeframes.
  • Working in line with client specific site plans.
  • Ensuring all duct work is installed / maintained in line with manufacturing specifications.
  • Submitting detailed reports to clients based on site findings.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
