Location: Nottingham, East Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £30k - £45k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Critical Air Ventilation Engineer, who can confidently undertake installations of HVAC, Ductwork and AHU systems within Healthcare and Pharmaceutical premises. You will be joining a respected and leading name within the Critical Air / Clean Air industry, who have recently won new business contracts across the Midlands and into the North of England. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and must be confident in discussing projects directly with clients. Salaries on offer are attractive and benefits include: overtime, training, pension scheme and company vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Ventilation Engineer, within Critical Air / Clean Air environments
  • Excellent industry technical knowledge
  • Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Comfortable using IT applications
  • Motivated attitude

The Role:

  • Undertaking the installation of AHU, Ductwork and HVAC systems within Healthcare and Pharmaceutical environments
  • Inspecting existing systems to identify any performance or compliance issues
  • Carrying out servicing and repairs on existing systems
  • AHU cleans
  • Ductwork modifications
  • Access door installations
  • Making recommendations for remedial works
  • Taking pre and post work photographs
  • Producing quotations for works
  • Completing detailed service reports
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients
