You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of removals projects, ensuring safety guidelines are adhered to and deadlines are met. Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Asbestos Removals Supervisor
- Must hold a current Asbestos Supervisor Ticket
- Robust industry knowledge, including ARCA and H&S guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- IT literate
The Role:
- Overseeing asbestos removals contracts of varying sizes, including licensed and non-licensed projects
- Leading removals teams to ensure efficiency and completion of works
- Completing ASB5 documents and submitting correctly
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and advice
- Providing training and on-site support for Operatives
- Conducting audits on completed works
- Highlighting any issues on site and rectifying
- Liaising with third parties and suppliers
- Working closely with Contracts Managers and Directors to manage daily operations
- Preparing sites for clearances
- Training staff where needed
- Maintaining and building strong working relationships with clients
