We are recruiting for a dual skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the South Wales region, to cover commercial, local authority and domestic client sites. The role is within a UKAS accredited and well-established outfit who offer their clients the full range of asbestos management services. They are seeking someone who holds strong hands-on experience who can seamlessly integrate into their team. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits packages include: company vehicle, pension scheme and overtime opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or the RSPH equivalent
- Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, within a UKAS accredited company
- Working knowledge of HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
- Good written and numeracy skills
- Comfortable using IT software to complete reports
- Driven work ethic
The Role:
- Completing management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
- Collecting ACM samples from site
- Undertaking 4 stage clearances
- Carrying out background, leak, smoke, re-occupation and personal air testing
- Overseeing compliance and safety adherence on asbestos removals projects of varying sizes
- Visual re-inspections
- Producing site-specific reports
- Meeting or exceeding targets
