We are currently seeking a hard working and dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our client who is an established and industry leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and can work independently on Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites. You will be covering contracts across South Yorkshire and the Midlands region undertaking the full range of surveying and analytical services in line with client requirements. Our client is offering generous basic salaries, opportunities for career progression with tailored training plans, generous holiday allowance and enrolment onto the company pension scheme.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties within a reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
- Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
- Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
- Familiar and confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Will have a good work ethic and positive attitude.
The Role:
- Working on Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector sites.
- Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
- Conducting 4 stage clearances.
- Carrying out smoke, leak, background, reassurance, and personal air testing.
- Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
- Liaising professionally with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and regular updates when needed.
- Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
- Ensuring work is completed in line with strict timelines.
- Producing detailed reports.
