Confident in conducting the full range of surveying and analytical duties, alongside excellent report writing skills and consulting with clients. Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working in a UKAS accredited company
- Obtained all BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications
- Able to display technical asbestos knowledge and work to a high standard
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations
- Comfortable and confident talking to clients in a professional manner
- Respect company requirements, procedures and set targets
- Capable of using IT such as Microsoft Office Package and TEAMS
- Excellent reading and writing and able to write up detailed reports
The Role:
- Carrying out 4 stage clearances
- Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
- Working on domestic, commercial and industrial sites
- Collect asbestos bulk samples and store precisely
- Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
- Flexible and adaptable to travel to client sites
