We are seeking a hardworking Asbestos Surveyor in the South East, to join a busy, UKAS accredited Asbestos outfit. The role will be covering new contracts in the South East of England, as such, applicants would benefit from good access to the M25. The company are multi-faceted and supply their clients with a wide range of compliance and asbestos services, so there are great opportunities for further training and development. Salaries on offer are competitive and benefits include the use of a company vehicle.

Our client would prefer candidates to be based locally to: St Albans, Watford, Enfield, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Luton, Hitchin, Aylesbury, Harrow, Wembley, Slough, Southall, Ilford, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Bedford, Sandy, Billericay, Gravesend, Dartford, Romford, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Woking, Bracknell.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Will have a good level of experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a well-established outfit
  • Qualified with the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent)
  • Well-versed in HSG 264 and UKAS standards
  • Good written and IT skills
  • Hardworking attitude

The Role:

  • Travelling across the South East of England, to undertake Asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
  • Collecting suspected ACM samples from site for analysis
  • Producing asbestos reports for clients, highlighting issues and making recommendations
  • Meeting with clients to discuss findings and answer technical queries
  • Working across a mix of client sites, including: domestic, commercial and industrial
  • Upholding high standards of company standards
  • Travelling as per company requirements
