Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary/Benefits: £27k - £43k + Training & Benefits A privately-owned Asbestos consultancy is seeking a hardworking and switched-on Asbestos Surveyor to join their team. Our client is UKAS accredited and respected within the industry, with a client base spanning across the South East of England. Ideally, they are seeking someone with good access to the M25, who is confident in working across commercial and domestic contracts. For hardworking candidates, our client is able to offer comprehensive training into the analytical and beyond. Experience / Qualifications: * Track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited company * Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent * Working knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines * Confident communicator * Proven literacy and numeracy proficiencies * IT literate The Role: * Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across a range of client sites * Collecting asbestos samples from site * Producing bespoke technical survey reports with schematic drawings * Providing technical feedback directly to clients and answering queries * Wearing correct PPE at all times * Liaising with clients to arrange site access * Working to agreed deadlines * Supporting training surveyors * Reporting into management to track progress Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Environmental Consultant.
