Our client is a UKAS accredited company, who have recently won new contracts in the Midlands region. They are seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team. The company are medium-sized, with a plan to develop their existing client base, so applicants would have great scope for professional growth and development. You will predominantly be operating on domestic and local authority premises, so previous experience on these sites would be required. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits for the successful candidate.

Experience / Qualifications:
β Successful record working as an Asbestos Surveyor, within a UKAS accredited company
β Must hold the BOHS P402, or RSPH equivalent
β Working knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines
β Experience working across a mixed portfolio of client sites, including: domestic and local authority
β Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
β Hardworking attitude
The Role:
β Undertaking the full range of management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
β Servicing a mix of domestic and local authority client contracts
β Collecting samples from site for analysis
β Delivering samples to the laboratory
β Producing site-specific survey reports, including schematic drawings
β Ensuring to wear correct PPE when attending site
β Adhering to agreed deadlines and targets
β Representing the company in a professional manner
