Our client is a successful Asbestos firm, with a strong presence in the Midlands, which is also growing rapidly around the UK. They are seeking a knowledgeable Asbestos Supervisor to manage their busy portfolio of Asbestos Removals projects. Applicants must have experience successfully leading teams of site staff and will have a proactive approach to delivering the efficient and safe completion of projects. Due to the nature of the role, our client can be open minded when it comes to an applicant's experience, as they can offer fantastic training to the right candidate. Salaries and packages are attractive and include: overtime opportunities and pension scheme.

Experience / Qualifications:
- A successful track record supervising on asbestos removals projects of varying sizes
- Asbestos Removal Supervisor Certificate or an equivalent alternative
- Ideally will hold a valid CSCS card
- Excellent level of technical knowledge
- Strong leadership qualities and experience
- Good written ability
- IT literate
The Role:
- Successfully managing the delivery of asbestos removals projects of varying sizes and across a range of client sites
- Being responsible for managing teams of site staff, overseeing workloads and assigning tasks
- Making sure teams deliver projects to agreed times and budgets
- Identifying any areas for improvement across projects and making plans to rectify
- Ensuring teams are working in accordance with industry guidelines and wearing correct PPE at all times
- Updating project documents and completing regular performance reports
- Answering technical issues from clients, and providing updates throughout the process
- Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing clients
- Working closely with members of management to monitor projects
- Travelling to client sites as required
