Our client is an independent Asbestos outfit, with a stronghold in the South East of England. They are seeking a hardworking and professional Asbestos Site Analyst, who holds the P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents). You will be working across a range of commercial, local authority and public sector client sites, so it is advantageous if applicants hold existing experience to reflect this. They have a friendly feel and can offer good further development routes for hardworking candidates. Salaries and benefits are competitive and include: company pension and company vehicle.
The role will involve travel across: Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup, Erith, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Epsom, Mitcham, Sutton, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Windsor, Weybridge, Guildford, Woking, Bracknell, Aldershot, Farnham, Frimley, Camberley, Fleet, Maidenhead, Wembley, Harrow.
Experience / Qualifications:
– Must hold the BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications, or RSPH equivalents
– Hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst
– Fully versed in HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
– Professional manner
– Strong literacy and IT skills
The Role:
– Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances
– Carrying out personal, smoke, background, visual, leak and reassurance air testing
– Working across a varied portfolio of asbestos removals projects
– Collecting ACM samples from site
– Wearing correct PPE on site
– Managing the safety and compliance adherence on removals projects
– Producing thorough technical reports
– Liaising directly with clients
