Job Title: Asbestos Quality Manager. Location: Hemel Hempstead, Buckinghamshire. Salary / Benefits £26k – £46k + Benefits. We are working closely with a renowned and established provider of Asbestos Management services across the UK. They are now seeking to take on an experienced and diligent Asbestos Quality Manager to cover contracts in the South East region. This role would suit someone with a proven track record of carrying out quality control within a UKAS accreted Asbestos Consultancy being able to confidently update and maintain the company’s internal systems and procedures and ensuring compliance to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001. You will have excellent people management skills, able to identify areas for training and improvement. Our client can offer generous basic salary, excellent benefits, and scope for training and progression. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Aylesbury, Luton, Watford, Slough, High Wycombe, Oxford, Witney, Bicester, St Albans, Stevenage, Bedford, Bishiop’s Stortford, Cheshunt, Harlow, Enfield, Newbury, Abington, Bracknell, Windsor, Woking, Guildford. Experience & Qualifications: ” Will ideally hold industry recognised qualifications, P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent. ” Previous experience working hands on as an Asbestos Quality Manager for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Company. ” Holding the CCP or CoCA qualification would be beneficial to the role. ” Good IT skills. ” Excellent technical knowledge of ISO guidelines, able to implement them efficient. ” Excellent communication and time management skills. ” Will ideally have a track record of obtaining and maintaining the UKAS accreditation. The Role: ” Updating and maintaining the company’s internal and technical procedures. ” Ensuring compliance to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 ” Professionally and efficiently overseeing and managing the company’s quality and technical operations, ensuring they are completed in line with agreed timeframes. ” Visiting a mixed portfolio of sites to carry out in-depth audits, inspections, quality control. ” Ensuring work is being carried out in line with UKAS guidelines. ” Working closely with new and existing staff, creating training plans in line with company requirements. ” Providing clients with excellent technical support and advice, acting as first point of contact. ” Creating detailed reports using industry recognised systems.
