Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Contracts Manager to join their team in the South East. The successful candidate will have a successful track record of managing a team of operatives on Industrial, Construction, Educational, Healthcare, and Commercial sites alongside producing competitive quotes, managing existing accounts, and sourcing new business, and completing ABS5 document ensuring to return them to the correct authority in a timely manner. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Southend-on-Sea, Brentwood, Maldon, Cheshunt, Chelmsford, Braintree, Colchester, Saffron Walden, Bishop’s Stortford, Orpington, Rainham, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere. Experience & Qualifications: ” Will have extensive experience working as an Asbestos Contracts Manager for a reputable Asbestos Removals company. ” Holding the ARCA Contracts Manager ticket would be beneficial. ” Will have excellent organisational skills, organising own and staff workload. ” Well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines. ” Will have strong technical & managerial skills. ” Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels.
