The role is within a well-known Environmental outfit, who have a national presence and busy client portfolio. The company is UKAS accredited and are able to provide excellent further training, and the opportunity to gain further modules. It would be beneficial to have good access to the M1 and / or M62 for easier travel to client sites. Experience / Qualifications: β Proven experience as an Asbestos Consultant within a UKAS accredited company β Qualified with the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent as a minimum β Strong communication skills β Proficient in using a PDA to complete reports β Fully conversant in HSG 264 guidelines β Hardworking attitude The Role: β Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys β Working across a range of commercial, domestic and local authority premises β Safely collecting ACM samples from sites β Writing detailed survey reports, with site-specific drawings β Meeting clients to make technical recommendations β Working in accordance with compliance guidelines β Meeting / exceeding personal targets β Building strong rapport with clients Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Consultant.
