Job Title: Asbestos Compliance Auditor Location: Coventry, West Midlands Salary/Benefits: £25k – £37k + Training & Benefits Our Client is seeking a knowledgeable Asbestos Compliance Auditor, in the Midlands region. You will be travelling to Client sites to conduct audits and site inspections to ensure projects and team members remain compliant. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge, including the removals process and UKAS guidelines. We can accept applications from candidates who are currently working as an Asbestos Analyst and / or Surveyor / Analyst, who would relish training into an Auditing / Compliance role. Experience / Qualifications: – You will need proven experience working within the Asbestos industry – Must be able to demonstrate a high level of industry technical knowledge – Will hold BOHS P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents) as a minimum – Strong communication skills and able to effectively liaise with teams of site staff – Experience of working to UKAS & HSG guidelines – Meticulous and thorough approach – Strong IT and written ability The Role: – Attending client sites to conduct inspections, in order to identify any compliance issues and ensure they are adhering to standards – Completing audits on site staff and ongoing Asbestos Removal projects – Participating in COSHH – Working closely with Compliance Managers and Directors to ensure all projects are managed effectively – Conducting training for internal members of staff – Delivering training in licensed awareness and NVQ courses on-site and within classroom settings – Making sure to keep up-to-date with current industry regulations and changes – Writing detailed technical reports – Maintaining excellent working relationships with Clients Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
