Job Title: Asbestos Administrator Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary/Benefits: £25k – £31k + Training & Benefits We are seeking a professional Asbestos Administrator in the Yorkshire region, to join a highly respected Asbestos company. They are privately owned and can offer excellent further development road maps. Applicants must have worked within a UKAS accredited Asbestos company and must be able to turn their hand to a variety of administrative tasks. Candidates will be working out of their office, so will need to be within a commutable distance. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits. Our client can consider candidates based in / around: Leeds, Morley, Rothwell, Garforth, Castleford, Normanton, Pontefract, Wakefield, Horbury, Ossett, Dewsbury, Batley, Mirfield, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Halifax, Bradford, Pudsey, Horsforth, Bingley, Keithley, Yeadon, Otley, Wetherby, Holmfirth, Shipley, Baildon. Experience / Qualifications: – Must have experience working as an Administrator within a UKAS accredited company – It would support applications to hold the BOHS P402, but this is not essential – Working knowledge of UKAS and HSG guidelines – Strong organisational skills – Good verbal and written communication skills – Excellent IT experience, including the Microsoft Office Suite and TRACKER / TEAMS The Role: – Working within a busy Asbestos company, providing administrative support on a daily basis – Updating company database with project progress and laboratory results – Producing certificates and sending to clients directly – Arranging access to sites for clients – Ensuring to work to deadlines – Managing diaries for a team of site staff, including Asbestos surveyors and analysts – Answering client enquiries via telephone and email – General administrative support to members of management and Directors Alternative job titles: Asbestos Project Support, Asbestos Project Coordinator, Asbestos Office Support.
