This multi-disciplined environmental company is seeking a driven Air Hygiene Engineer to cover a variety of contracts around the Southeast area. Candidates must have the ability to carry out grease extraction cleans, inspections, surveys, deep cleans and will be confident in ensuring systems remain compliant with industry guidelines.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Worked in a specialist firm as an air hygiene engineer
- Good IT and literacy skills in order to write up strong service reports
- Flexible to travel in accordance with company requirements
- Cover a range of client sites such as: food & beverage, commercial, industrial and manufacturing
- Well informed of TR19, BS9999 and H&S guidelines
The Role:
- Accomplishing rigorous cleans on systems to agreed deadlines
- Inspections of fire dampers and ventilation systems like kitchen extracts, AHUs and canopies
- Testing of fire dampers
- Completing extensive surveys on ductwork systems
- Contacting clients to schedule site visits and developing professional relationships
- Retaining pre and post works photographs and notes in order to complete accurate reports
