Our client is a well-established and expanding water company, that services several high-profile contracts. Due to continued business success, they are now looking for an experienced Water Equipment Engineer to cover contacts in and around the Newcastle area.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience installing and maintaining water equipment and ideally hold hands-on electrical experience, alongside relevant electrical qualifications. The company will consider applications from water equipment engineers that hold either a waste water, water treatment or utilities background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful water company that can offer on-going training and development. Applications from Gateshead, Kenton, Hebburn and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience installing and servicing water equipment
  • Good working knowledge of water industry guidelines
  • Previous experience working for a waste water, water treatment or water utilities company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office package
  • Previous experience in this role essential
Responsibilities
  • Servicing and installation of water equipment
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with clients
  • Travelling to client sites across the South East of England
  • Training new starters
