Our client is a well‑known and highly respected Critical Air / Ventilation specialist, with a nationwide presence. They are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Validation Engineer, with proven experience on Clean Air / Critical Air systems within pharmaceutical and medical environments. Our client is looking for someone who can comfortably travel across the southern counties, manage their own workload and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Salaries on offer are excellent and benefits include overtime earning, company vehicle, pension scheme and annual leave allowance.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working as a Validation / Commissioning Engineer within a Clean Air / Critical Air outfit
  • Excellent understanding of HTM 0301 and CIBSE guidelines
  • It would be advantageous to hold the BOHS P601, CP and / or AP
  • Able to travel in line with company needs
  • Confident in communicating technical matters with clients
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

  • Completing the verification / validation / commissioning of critical ventilation systems across pharmaceutical and medical premises
  • Validations of clean rooms and operating theatres
  • Testing of LEV systems
  • Testing of microbiological safety cabinets and fume cupboards
  • Particle counting
  • AHU servicing
  • Assessing systems for overall performance and making recommendations for works
  • Producing regular service reports
  • Providing detailed technical advice to clients
  • Traveling as per client needs
