Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: York, North Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k + Bonuses

Minimum requirements: Candidates must live within a 10–15 mile radius of York. Addresses considered: Strensall, Beningbrough, Dunnington, Tadcaster, Huntington, Fulford, Heslington, Tang Hall, Osbaldwick, Haxby, Wigginton, Acomb, Clifton, Heworth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Live within a 10–15 mile radius of York.
• Understand and carry out specific instructions.
• Strong, consistent work history, background in customer services/call centre/sales/accounts.
• Fully conversant with software packages and databases.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Willing to adapt to changes to suit business demands.
• Good understanding of data protection and client/candidate confidentiality.
• Experience of working in a busy office environment.
• Ability to organise and prioritise daily workload.
• Confident and strong communication skills when liaising with senior management and clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Resourcing, vetting and interviewing candidates.
• Writing job specifications, CVs and negotiating salaries.
• Suggesting new and innovative ideas to improve the business.
• Achieve and maintain weekly targets.
• Manage new and existing accounts.
• Deal with confidential data and personal information (no sales involved).
