Asbestos Surveyor – Abertawe in Swansea

This leading asbestos company with a nationwide presence is now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Abertawe area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established consultancy and work on a mixed portfolio of contracts. Applications from Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• The individual must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Must have experience working in a surveying role within the asbestos industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.
• A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
• We are also interested in anyone with P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301 CCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including industrial and commercial.
• Building a professional working relationship with company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
• Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
