Salary / Benefits: £22,000 – £34,000 + Training + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
- 4 Stage Clearances.
- Personal, smoke, leak, background, reassurance, and re‑occupation air testing.
- Carry out visual re‑inspections upon completion of works.
- Provide clients with re‑occupation certificates upon completion of work.
- Use industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports (TEAMS / TRACKER).
- Ensure work is carried out in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
- Experience working for an accredited Asbestos company.
- Excellent knowledge of HSG 248 guidelines.
- Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Able to communicate efficiently.
We are also interested in anyone with P401/P402/P403/P404 or S301/CCP.
