Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy, who provide a wide range of asbestos and environmental services across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a focused and hard-working Asbestos Site Analyst to cover a range of commercial and industrial contracts in and around the Sunderland area.

The ideal candidate will hold the P403 and P404 certificates and will have experience working as a site analyst within the asbestos sector. For the right candidate, the client can offer long term training and career development. Applications will be considered from Hartlepool, Consett, Durham, South Shields and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must hold the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
  • Experience working as a site analyst within the asbestos sector.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package.

Role

  • Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual and re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties.
  • Overseeing contractors on site ensuring they comply with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
  • Collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Building a strong working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
