Profile

A UKAS accredited asbestos company invites a motivated and hardworking P403 / P404 qualified site analyst for short to long‑term removal projects across domestic and commercial clients. The role involves leak, personal, reassurance and background air monitoring, onsite asbestos fibre counting, 4‑stage clearances and visual inspections. An attractive salary, company van and fuel card are offered, with scope for further BOHS module training.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold P403 / P404 (or RSPH equivalent) qualifications and extensive experience as a site analyst on various removal projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well‑versed with relevant Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake leak, personal, reassurance and background air monitoring.
• Perform onsite asbestos fibre counting, 4‑stage clearances and visual inspections.
• Carry out site audits in line with client needs.
• Liaise with licensed asbestos removal contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Issue certificates of re‑occupation.
• Use correct PPE and breathing equipment.
• Build and maintain an excellent rapport with existing and new clients.
• Use PDA / tablet systems to complete job sheets.
