Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking a detail-oriented Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant. You will be covering a diverse range of premises across the South East, as such, you must be confident in working independently on site. Experience / Qualifications

  • Proven record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst / Consultant
  • Hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or RSPH equivalent (or p401/p402/p403/p404 or s301 CCP)
  • Robust technical knowledge, including UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
  • Confident communicator
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Professional manner

The Role

  • Attend client sites to carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
  • Conduct re‐inspection surveys
  • Safely collect ACM samples from site
  • Perform 4‐stage clearances
  • Carry out full air monitoring (reoccupation, leak, smoke, personal and background)
  • Collate findings to produce thorough technical reports
  • Communicate findings and technical recommendations to clients
  • Adhere to industry safety guidelines
  • Work closely with removals teams to oversee safety and compliance on site
