Candidates must have strong technical knowledge, be confident in completing full clearances, air monitoring, and surveying duties, and be experienced across commercial and domestic premises. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
  • Worked within a UKAS accredited company
  • Good understanding of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
  • Qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or RSPH equivalents
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
  • Able to confidently articulate technical advice to clients
  • Interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP

The Role:

  • Conduct full range of asbestos surveys (management, demolition, refurbishment, and re-inspection)
  • Obtain samples from site for analysis
  • Carry out 4-stage clearances
  • Undertake personal, reassurance, smoke, leak, and background air monitoring
  • Produce site‐specific and thorough technical reports
  • Contact clients to provide detailed technical advice and updates
  • Work across a range of asbestos removal projects to ensure compliance guidelines are adhered to
  • Wear correct PPE at all times
  • Adhere to personal targets and project deadlines
