Profile: Our client is well established within the Asbestos and Environmental industry, undertaking the full range of asbestos duties to a mixed range of sites. Due to an increase in workloads, they are now looking to take on a hardworking and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst, based in and around the Reading area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402/P303/P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications and will have extensive experience undertaking analytical and surveying sites to a wide range of clients as well as overseeing and managing remedial asbestos works. For the right candidate, the client can offer further training into Project Management.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Must hold the P402/P303/P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
- Will hold experience undertaking air monitoring and surveying duties.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Also interested in candidates with P401/P402/P403/P404/P404 or S301 CCP.
The Role:
- Undertaking stage 4 clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance and air testing.
- Carrying out Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various sites.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Collecting information from sites to produce detailed reports for clients.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
