LEV Service Engineer – Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Salary: £28k – £46k + training and benefits. Benefits include company vehicle, overtime opportunities, pension scheme, and annual leave allowance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing and examinations of LEV dust, fume and oil mist extraction systems.
  • Work across industrial, commercial and manufacturing premises.
  • Test and service fume cupboards.
  • Identify system errors and recommend repairs or maintenance.
  • Replace electric motors, fans, belts and filters.
  • Install fans and associated electrical components.
  • Fit new LEV systems.
  • Produce regular service reports.
  • Provide updates and technical advice to clients.
  • Travel as required to meet company needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an LEV Service Engineer.
  • Must hold BOHS P601 certification at minimum.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering, ideally holding the 18th Edition qualification.
  • Excellent industry knowledge including HSG 258 guidelines.
  • Flexible to travel as needed.
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
