Overview

Our client is a nationally recognised provider of Water Hygiene / Water Treatment services. They are seeking a Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Engineer to cover High Security, Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Heavy Industry sites across the Midlands Region.

Responsibilities

• Attending a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out routine sampling and temperature monitoring.
• CWST cleans and disinfections.
• TMV servicing, replacement, inspections, and failsafe testing.
• Undertaking showerhead cleans and descales.
• Servicing of ClO2 units.
• Carrying out closed system sampling and analysis, ensuring to dose with correct chemicals upon completion of analysis.
• Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
• Carrying out flushing of little used outlets.
• Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Currently updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working as a Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Engineer for a reputable provider of Water Hygiene / Water Treatment services.
• Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, able to update onsite logbooks correctly.
