Profile: Future Select specialise within the asbestos and environmental industry, recruiting for established companies across the UK to cover a range of contracts for a mixed portfolio of sites. We have an established client with a nationwide presence who are now looking to take on a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Nottingham area. The ideal candidate will be P402 qualified and hold extensive experience working on Industrial, Commercial, Educational, and Leisure sites.
Applications will be considered from: Derby, Leicester, Long Eaton, Loughborough, Mansfield, Burton Upton Trent, Wigston, Hinkley, Tamworth, Walsall, Dudley, Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Bromsgrove.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
- Must hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
- Must have good working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The Role:
- Ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
- Carrying out Management, Demolition, and Refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
- Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
