Water Treatment Engineer – Motherwell

This well-established water treatment/water hygiene company is currently looking for a focused and experienced Water Treatment Engineer to work on a variety of contracts in the Motherwell area. Consideration will be given to applications from Paisley, East Kilbride, Hamilton and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience working as a water treatment engineer within the water treatment/hygiene industry.

Will be fully conversant with current ACOP L8 guidelines.

Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Role

Chemical tank cleans, temperature monitoring, cooling towers and chlorination.

Installation and preventative maintenance on chemical dosing systems.

Undertake cleaning and chlorination on hot/cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, etc.

Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysis of water systems.

Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.

Completing paperwork for works undertaken appropriately.
