Our client is a respected name within the Clean Air / Critical air industry, who specialise in LEV systems and Clean Rooms. They are seeking a P601 qualified LEV Engineer to cover a range of client sites along the M1. Applicants must have existing experience working within the industry. Ideally, you will have experience working across pharmaceutical and healthcare client sites, but additional training can be provided in these areas. We are able to consider candidates who have experience within the dust / fume sector. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge and a flexibility to travel in line with company requirements. Client sites are situated around: Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Hitchin, Aylesbury, St Albans, Buckingham, Bicester, Brackley, Banbury, Northampton, Daventry, Wellingborough, Kettering, St Neots, Oxford, Didcot, Wallingford, Watford, Enfield, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead, Reading, Potters Bar, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Successful record working as an LEV Engineer within a well-established outfit
  • Must hold the BOHS P601 qualification as a minimum
  • It would be advantageous to hold the BOHS P602 and / or P604
  • Working knowledge of HSG 258 and COSHH guidelines
  • Hardworking attitude
  • Good literacy and IT skills
The Role
  • Travelling to various client sites to inspect, test and service LEV systems across healthcare and pharmaceutical client premises
  • Replacing components on systems, such as: belts, fans and filters
  • Identifying any system performance issues and making recommendations to rectify
  • DOP and HEPA filter testing
  • Particle counting and pressure measurements
  • Servicing on fume cupboards and safety cabinets
  • Regularly writing comprehensive service reports
  • Providing detailed technical advice to clients
  • Ensuring to adhere to safety guidelines and agreed deadlines
  • Travelling in line with company requirements
