LEV Installation Engineer – Manchester

Our client is a reputable Dust & Fume company providing a variety of LEV services to clients throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for an LEV Installation Engineer based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will ideally hold the BOHS P601 and will have hands on experience installing local exhaust ventilation and duct systems to large commercial / manufacturing contracts. Consideration will be given to applications from Bolton, Oldham, Warrington, and the surrounding areas.

Experience to the Role:

• Experience in the installation of LEV systems.
• Ideally hold the P601 and relevant Eastwood Park Training.
• Ability to manage own time and workload.
• Strong communication skill.

Duties within the Role:

• Undertake local exhaust ventilation installations, servicing and maintenance on a varied site base.
• Test emissions, review and approve assessments.
• Collate and produce technical reports.
• Provide a consultancy service to clients, advising on technical reports and further services.
• Undertake fume cupboard examinations.
• Visit sites designated by the client and deal with issues effectively.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
• Present to staff, company and contractors regarding occupational hygiene.
• Build and maintain a good rapport with clients.
