Lead Duct Cleaning Engineer – Manchester

Our established client is an acclaimed environmental company known for providing a range of clean air/HVAC services to a mixed portfolio of clients. The company is currently recruiting for an experienced and hardworking Lead Duct Cleaning Engineer based in and around the Greater Manchester area. The successful postholder will have a professional background in the Clean air /HVAC/Dust and fume sectors as well as excellent working knowledge of current guidelines and will be experienced in carrying out duct work, ventilation and duct Cleaning. Applications from Stockport, Stretford, Oldham, Wigan and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Key Qualifications

• A good working knowledge of the current Duct Fitting Guidelines.
• Ideally come from a good Air/HVAC background.
• Efficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Experience working in Air/HVAC treatment commissioning role within the Air/HVAC treatment industry essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out duct Cleans on a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Adhering with relevant Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Carrying out service work strictly and in accordance with the client’s specification.
• Inspecting project installations as and when required.
• Producing reports and preparing quotations.
• Carrying out ventilation and extraction works including maintenance, repair and installation.
• Managing a team of Engineers.
• Liaising with clients on a regular basis – building and maintaining a good rapport.

The successful candidate will be focused and enthusiastic and will be a committed addition to an already established team.

Prospective candidates must be flexible with regards to travelling.
