Job Title: LEV Project / Design Engineer

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire

Salary / Benefits £30k – £50k DOE + Benefits

Busy LEV / Clean Air company is currently recruiting for a LEV Project Engineer to cover contracts across the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be overseeing LEV projects from concept to completion; tendering for work, liaising with clients to design detailed systems based on specification /HSE guidelines, managing budgets and deadlines and overseeing engineers on site. The role would suit candidates from a strong LEV design background, who hold the P601 / P602 and experience using AutoCAD software.

Experience & Qualifications:

• BOHS P601
• BOHS P602
• Strong technical knowledge of LEV systems specification and design.
• Proven track record working in a LEV project / design role.
• Will ideally come from a strong mechanical / engineering background.
• Knowledge and experience using AutoCad.

Role:

• Overseeing LEV projects from concept to completion.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Creating detailed conceptional designs for LEV systems.
• Carrying out all works to HSE guidelines.
• Getting involved in the bid and tender process.
• Acting a first point of call to client, liaising regarding current works and present proposals for upcoming works.
• Overseeing a team of engineers and producing progress reports to feedback to management.
