Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
Application Locations: Applications will be considered from: Bradford, Castleford, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a minimum of the P402 qualification (ideal: P403/4).
- Relevant industry/site experience.
- Experience working for an established Asbestos Company would be beneficial.
- Holding P403/4 and experience undertaking analytical duties would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient with PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems and knowledgeable in relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Other suitable qualifications: P401/P402/P403/P404 and S301/CCP.
Responsibilities:
- Working on Healthcare, Educational and Local Authority sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
- Sampling and bagging ACMs and ensuring they are labelled correctly.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
- Producing detailed reports using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
