Our client is a major player within the asbestos industry and delivers the full range of asbestos, legionella and health & safety services to national clients. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Lancaster area. Consideration will be given to applications from Morecambe, Preston, Bentham and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- The successful candidate will hold the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
- Have hands-on experience carrying out air monitoring duties to varied site bases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
- A good working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures.
Role
- Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
- Overseeing contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
- Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
- Maintaining a professional working relationship with the clients.
