Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Basildon, Essex

Established Essex based Asbestos Consultancy, with plans to further expand, is currently looking to recruit an Asbestos Site Analyst to join them. You will hold a strong technical knowledge of HSG 248 and practical experience carrying out the full range of air monitoring duties. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team of asbestos site staff at an exciting point within the company’s growth. Successful candidate will be covering contracts across the London / Essex area and will be based in or around one of the following locations; Basildon, Wickford, South Benfleet, Canvey Island, Southend-on-Sea, Rochford, Hockley, Chelmsford, Billericay, Brentwood, Stanford-le-Hope, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Hornchurch, Dagenham, Rainham.

Experience / Qualifications

• P403 / P404 or equivalent qualification.
• Onsite experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst.
• Working knowledge of HSG248
• Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER software.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work well on your own or as part of a team.

Duties

• Conducting 4-stage clearances.
• Carrying out smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
• Undertaking Visual inspections of asbestos enclosures.
• Supervision of removal projects.
• Collecting site data using TEAMS / TRACKER software.
• Undertaking independent audits of contractors’ removal / remediation work.
• Liaising with clients and providing specialist consultancy advice.
