A privately owned, UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who provide the full range of Asbestos services to Healthcare, Educational and Industrial clients are now seeking to recruit an independent and qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Doncaster area.
The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualifications and will have extensive experience carrying out complex refurbishment and demolition Surveys and Analytical duties on a mixed range of sites, organising and liaising with your own clients and providing detailed reports.
Applications will be considered from: Rotherham, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Barnsley, Worksop, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Leeds, Bradford, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Batley, Halifax.
Experience & Qualifications- Must hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH Equivalent) qualifications.
- Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited company, ideally as a Surveyor / Analyst.
- Will have excellent communication skills and will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
- Must be well versed in relevant Health & Safety Legislations.
- Carrying out day to day Surveying / Analytical duties such as:
- Performing Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-occupation and personal air testing on short to long term removal projects.
- Carrying out complex Refurbishment, Demolition and Management Surveys, working in teams with other Surveyors where required.
- Carrying out four stage clearances and visual inspections.
- Issuing clients with certificates of re-occupation.
- Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensuring contractors are carrying out safe working practices.
- Using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to upload site‑specific reports.
- Building and maintaining excellent rapport with new and existing clients.
