Our client is seeking a multi-skilled Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer to cover a range of client contracts across the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of undertaking water hygiene and basic remedial tasks, as you must be able to hit the ground running. Experience / Qualifications
- Track record working as a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer
- Ideally will hold plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 1, Level 2 and/or Level 3, G3 Unvented ticket)
- Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Experience working across a range of premises
- IT literate
- Good literacy and numeracy skills

- Basic flushing on outlets
- CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections
- TMV servicing and failsafe checks
- Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Deadleg removals
- Pipework modifications
- Highlighting any faults or leaks on systems
- Updating site logbooks
- Recording findings and works completed
