Asbestos Surveyor – Colchester

Due to continuing success our client, a well-established asbestos consultancy is now urgently looking to recruit an experienced, competent Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Colchester area. The client would consider both Asbestos Surveyors, as well as, dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analysts. Applications will be considered from Ipswich, Braintree, Halstead, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas with good access to North Essex and Suffolk.

Qualifications & Experience

• The applicant must have attained the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Fully conversant with asbestos Health & safety procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Key Role

• Conducting Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
• Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports.
• Build & maintain a good working relationship with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
