Our client is a multi-disciplined HVAC company that delivers quality services to clients nationwide. The company is now looking for an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer based in and around Birmingham. The successful applicant will come from a strong HVAC background and have experience analysing schematic drawings to commission air and ventilation systems. Applications from Wolverhampton, Northampton, Derby, Leicester, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Good, strong educational background.
- HVAC certification.
- Experience working in HVAC commissioning role within the ventilation industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must hold CSCS card.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commissioning air and ventilation systems.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with the company’s new and existing clients.
- Testing critical ventilation over a wide variety of industries.
- Ensuring systems operate in accordance with the relevant health & safety, technical and company specifications.
- Testing, airflow and pressure measurements, air sampling, noise and environmental measurements.
- Auditing of Air Handling Units and undertaking works where necessary.
- Inspecting project installs when required.
- Producing reports and preparing quotations.
- Full clean driving licence essential.
