Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy that provides professional and expert asbestos services to a range of clients throughout the Scotland area. They are currently recruiting for a hard-working and competent Asbestos Surveyor to work predominantly domestic sites in and around the Belfast area, undertaking duties such as producing reports, carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment/demolition surveys on a range of sites including industrial and commercial. Consideration will be given to applications from Antrim, Bangor, Ballyclare, and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
- Hand-on experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos industry.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Well versed with asbestos Health and Safety procedures/legislation.
- Experienced in producing detailed asbestos reports.
We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP.
Role
- Carrying out Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
- Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
- Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
