Asbestos Surveyor – Darlington

Due to present state of the business, this highly successful company with a good presence has an opportunity for a good calibre Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Darlington area and will include applications from Yarm, Richmond, Staindrop, Bishop Auckland and the surrounding areas.

Requisites:

• The applicant must possess the P402 qualification or the equivalent – RSPH qualification and at the same time must have significant and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Must be well-versed with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Key Role:

• Carrying out asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties, including commercial and industrial.
• Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.
• Liaising with the company’s mixed portfolio of clients.

Attributes:

• The successful post-holder will be an all-rounder, flexible and have good work ethic and also have the ability to carry out the work effectively and within time line.
• Must be flexible with regards to travelling.
