Our client is a notable and successful asbestos removal company supplying professional asbestos services to a national client base. They require an experienced, organised and dedicated Asbestos Office Coordinator based in or around the Warrington area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical asbestos removal knowledge and strong administrative/office coordination experience, including scheduling site operatives on a national scale.

Background and Experience

  • Strong asbestos background with knowledge of asbestos removals.
  • Strong administrative and project coordination/management experience.
  • Experience overseeing a portfolio of asbestos contracts.
  • Experience managing a team of administrative staff.
  • Proven track record of liaising with clients.
  • Experience scheduling work for all staff.

Duties within the Role

  • Managing and coordinating a wide range of asbestos removal works across the UK.
  • Scheduling and diary management for works and site staff.
  • Attending all progress meetings with clients/contractors to ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Assessing potential contracts, producing estimates, quotations and completing risk assessments.
  • Producing comprehensive management reports using the company procedures.
  • Undertaking the tendering process including writing tender specifications.
  • Getting involved with quality control and reporting.
  • Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with the company’s clients.
  • Attending regional meetings and training.
  • Reporting any quality issues to the technical and quality team.

We are also interested in candidates with P401, P402, P403, P404 or S301 CCP qualifications.
