Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £27k - £43k + Training & Benefits
Due to recent company growth, our client is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, to service new commercial and domestic contracts. We are looking for an individual who prides themselves on high service standards, in order to maintain the company's strong reputation. Applicants must be fully signed off for all asbestos surveys, air testing and clearances, and will be able to hit the ground running. Experience / Qualifications:
- Track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
- Time served within a UKAS accredited outfit
- Will hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents
- Excellent technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
- Experience working across a diverse range of sites
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
- Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
- Re-inspection surveys
- Collecting ACM samples and fibre counting
- Performing 4 stage clearances
- Full air monitoring, including: personal, smoke, leak, background and reassurance
- Working closely with removals teams to ensure works are completed within compliance guidelines
- Producing thorough technical reports and schematic drawings
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, answering technical and logistical queries
