Due to continued success, they are seeking an organised and self-sufficient Schedulder / Administrator to join their Midlands based office. You will be responsible for booking site appointments and long-term projects for site engineers, ensuring to delegate workloads efficiently and within agreed deadlines. It is essential that applicants have strong verbal and written communication skills and a good foundation of IT / software experience. Ideally you will be based around: Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Leicester, Swadlincote, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Rugeley, Cannock, Burntwood, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Birmingham, Marston Green, Stafford, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Coventry.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience scheduling works within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using IT software
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Professional manner
- Able to manage your own time efficiently
The Role:
- Booking in pre-planned and reactive appointments for site engineers and staff
- Liaising with clients to arrange site access
- Troubleshooting any issues regarding site access or staff sickness
- Allocating workloads to teams to ensure efficient completion rates
- Organising hotels for staff
- Keeping the company database up-to-date
- Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure client needs are met
- Handling incoming client calls / emails and directing to the right department
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
